Requirements & Application

What is required to lease our property:

1) Proof of employment to be able to pay the rent

2) No evictions in the last 2 years (unless not your fault)

3) No felonies or convictions of domestic violence 

4) A favorable review from your last landlord

If you feel you have met the requirements here are the three easy steps to apply:

Send in your Application 

Step 1: Fill out Tenant Application (Below)

Step 2: Email it to us at wosbrink@me.com

Once your APPLICATiON IS APPROVED. 

We will let you know and have your send in your reports

Step 3:  Send us a copy of your current (within 6 months):

• Criminal Report (if any)

• Eviction Report

Note: If you do not yet have them to send us  Tenant Background Search can send you a email to order them FOR YOU to keep (and for us to get a copy) to complete the approval process we, and others, require.  Note: If denied you will have this report to  give other landlords.    To  get order one report with both reports (Criminal/Eviction)  for yourself they charge: $32.95.

Step 4: We set up a walk through and hand you your Keys to your new place!
